American Bully
The American Bully breed of dogs started in the 90's. Some pitbull breeders wanted a pitbull with more muscle mass, less drive and a bigger block head with beautiful muscle tone and structure. Since the American bully is not bred for fighting or pitting, breeders practiced selective breeding and bred those traits out of the the new American Bullies. The American Bully had it's first official registry in 2004 called the Abkc. Today there's many sanctioned Abkc shows worldwide and the breed gets more recognition and exposure to show how magnificent this breed of dogs is.
